Facilities Assistant

Part-Time

The Facilities Assistant provides basic maintenance and cleaning services for Pilgrim Pines Camp & Retreat Center in Swanzey, NH. The Facilities Assistant works under the direction of the Facilities Director to ensure the camp property, facilities, and equipment provide a safe environment. Some responsibilities include mowing grounds, maintaining the property, room set up, cleaning and maintaining the cabins, meeting rooms, bathhouses, and dining halls. Experience with minor construction, plumbing, and electrical is a plus, but not necessary.

This is an hourly position, 20-30 hours per week, including some weekends and holidays. Ideal for an active, recently retired individual, who enjoys interacting with people in a fun, Christian camp setting.  


Program Director

We are looking for a Full-Time Program Director for Pilgrim Pines Camp and Retreat Center in Swanzey, NH. Pilgrim Pines is dedicated to providing fantastic programs for campers of all ages. From our children’s and youth camp to our men’s and women’s conferences, the goal is the same – to create exciting experiences, memorable moments, and a safe place to meet God.

The Program Director is responsible for guest experiences and many daily operations of the camp as well as understanding, coordinating, and communicating the mission of Pilgrim Pines. The Program Director works closely with the Facility Director, Operation & Marketing Director, and Executive Director.

Ministry Staff

This position is an opportunity for those who are maybe thinking about ministry as a career or for those who are wondering what's next and may want a bit of time to serve while they try to hear God's call on their life.

The Ministry Staff Internship program is designed to provide young adults with 1) supervised practical experience and training in all facets of camping ministry, 2) exploration and discernment of one’s sense of vocation, and 3) experience living in a small, Christian community. Interns provide Pilgrim Pines with critical staffing support in all areas of our operations. Our aim is to help women and men grow as disciples of Jesus Christ through a shared rhythm of work, worship, programming, hospitality, adventure, ministry, training, reflection, and mentoring. It's an amazing & fun opportunity.
